Hello and welcome! My name is Maegan Mott, the owner and primary travel agent behind Explore & Enjoy Travel.
After our boys were born, I realized I wanted a career where I could be home with them, make my own hours, operate under my own terms, and do something I actually enjoyed versus living in continued burnout in the healthcare field. My years in healthcare showed me that life is short, and we need to do what we are passionate about and called to NOW.
Travel has always been a passion of mine, and I believe that these vacations can truly bring families, friends, and couples closer together with life-long memories and time well-spent. It was this belief and these desires of my heart that led me (finally) opening my own travel agency. Let me tell you - I am SO glad I did! I’ve been able to build on past knowledge, meet some amazing people, make a lot of dreams come to life, AND help support my little family in the process.

I believe vacations should be tailored to you and filled with moments that make you say “I’m so glad we did this.” Over the last few years, I have found my passions within in this industry, and I am excited to continue to share them with you!
2025 was a year of reshaping. 2026 is the year I’ve continued to grow. 2027 - well we’ll see… For now, I am focused on continuing my own travel education, serving my current and future clients with concierge-level care, and truly EXPERIENCING life.
