Your travel planning journey starts with a 20-30 minute conversation. This is a chance for us to get to know you, hear what you are envisioning, and understand your travel style. There’s no pressure or obligation - just an easy, relaxed way to get connected.

If you decide to move forward with working together following our call, we will begin crafting a travel proposal that is tailored to your travel style, preferences, and desired investment. You’ll receive a carefully planned itinerary that will give you options where applicable while also keeping the process simple and intentional.
03 Worry Free Planning
Once we have finalized your itinerary, we will take care of the details. From accommodations and transportation to experiences and all the logistics in between, everything is booked and managed on your behalf so you can relax while you look forward to your trip.
04 final Details & Departure Prep
As your trip approaches, we will be in contact more to make sure all final details are in order. We may also schedule a pre-travel call for more complex trips for you to ask any last minute questions and to review details.
05 While you are gone
Even the best laid plans can have surprise mishaps along the way. I will be available during your travel time to help navigate any unexpected changes or issues, so you can stay present, enjoy your time, and soak it all in.
